Kirsch Briottet is made from the best varieties of cherries (some of which are harvested in Fougerolles, in eastern France). Following fermentation, the cherries are distilled in the traditional manner. Kirsch Briottet is a very characteristic cherry eau de vie, with a frank and powerful palate.
