The Mirabelle plum is a delicious variety of plum. It is yellow, often dappled with red, and its flesh is very sweet. Stringent selection of Mirabelle plums from the best production areas (notably Lorraine) ensures that our brandy is of unparalleled quality.
Distillation following fermentation enables the fruit's flavors to be concentrated. This Mirabelle Plum Eau de Vie is very supple and round.
