The Rully 1er Cru La Pucelle has a delightful apple blossom, fresh pear and lime zest bouquet that unfolds enticingly in the glass. The palate is well balanced and vibrant initially, crisp citrus fruit mixed with caramelized pear and fresh ginger, with a delicious lingering spicy finish. An excellent example of a top Rully. Drinking now, but would develop well with additional cellaring.
