Description
There is a discreet floral influence to the cool cherry, red currant, spice and earthy aromas. I very much like the mouth feel of the supple medium-bodied flavours thanks to the fine-grained tannins supporting the lightly saline-inflected finish that also displays a hint of austerity. 45% whole-bunch adds some grip to what can sometimes be very supple.
