Description
The confit of duck Lafitte, is elaborated in the French locality of Moutant from ducks raised in traditional way in farms of the department of the Landes, Aquitaine. The ducks used in their elaboration, have a breeding period of at least 102 days before their priming with non-genetically modified maize grain. The confit of duck Lafitte, is produced from duck thighs, duck fat and salt, without any additives or preservatives.
When consuming it, simply heat it in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 ° C or in a skillet with duck fat. For your tasting, nothing better than accompanying your confit with roasted baked potatoes with the duck’s own fat or with sauteed boletus edulis.
