Description
The vines are located in the south of the Côte de Beaune, Chassagne-Montrachet offering to the vine an East-South-East facing slope between Puligny-Montrachet and Santenay. The production area is located between 220 and 325 meters altitude, on clay-limestone soils, more or less calcareous, stony or marly.
Full-bodied, powerful and rich. Aromas of toasted almonds, ripe apples, white flowers and honey. They have remarkable persistence.
Grape 100% Chardonnay
Food match white meats (poultry, veal). Fish (salmon), crayfish , lobster
