Description
The color is pale and golden. The first nose presents aromas of fresh citrus fruits, very ripe orange and beautiful mineral notes (flint pebbles).
The attack on the palate is fresh with a beautiful amplitude. The mid-palate is supported by the minerality of the flint. A grain of fine and discreet oak tannin contributes to the structure of the wine. The long and fresh finish offers some notes of caramel and "flint" typical of the flint terroir.
