These vines were planted between 50 and 75 years ago in the lieux-dits of Planchots and Connardises. The selection of fruit is particularly fine here, accounting for the wine’s lifted floral aromas. There are base notes of savoury spice, becoming more pronounced on the palate. The old vines deliver concentration, with lashings of red fruit and juicy tannins.
