Description
This generous, very youthful red is from 13 year old Domaine Thomson vines, at Lowburn in the Cromwell Basin. Barrel-aged for 10 months. It is deep ruby, mouthfilling and fruit-packed, with fresh ripe cherry, plum and spicy oak flavours, savoury notes adding complexity, and good tannin support. Best drinking 2019+.
