Description
Viognier covers half of this plot found on the high terrace of Cassagnes. The other varieties grown here are Roussanne (25%) and Grenache blanc (25%). The resulting wine is fresh and aromatic with floral notes and exotic fruit…a wine lover’s wine !
Pale yellow color with green tints. The nose is very fresh and aromatic with notes of pomelo. On the palate, zesty lemon gives way to a vivid but lingering finish on slightly savoury notes, perfect balance between tension and volume in the mouth.
Grape 32% Roussanne, 24% Marsanne, 24% Viognier, 20% Grenache Blanc
