In the heart of Burgundy, Rully, Mercurey, and Bouzeron, villages of the Côte Chalonnaise, naturally extend the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune. The grape harvest is done exclusively by hand. Aging 100% in barrels for 12 months. Cuvée 100% Pinot Noir, balanced between medium tanin and high acidity, taste of red fruit with this full bodied wine.
