En Primeur Terms & Conditions
Here are the terms applying to all Bordeaux En Primeur 2023 sales and are the basis upon which orders are accepted.
- An EP order is an order subject to confirmation. When the order is placed by the customer, the customer is committed to buy all the wines asked for. However, the order must be confirmed by Maison Vauron. Maison Vauron will make its best to fulfil every order, but changes may occur.
- The cut-off-date for the En Primeur Campaign 2023 is the 30th of July 2024. The cut-off-date is the date at which the En Primeur campaign will be finished. After this date, no new EP order will be processed, and no changes can be made for orders already received.
- Payments are due on invoice. First Payment Invoice is sent at the end of the campaign July/August 2024. Second Payment invoice at wines arrival mid-2026.
- The customer is responsible for payment. Once the customer receives the invoice for their orders, they must pay it fully. No computer, credit card or bank problem should be a justification of a lack of payment.
- Goods will be retained until after the 2nd payment is received.
- Any indication as to when wines will be available for delivery or collection is an estimate only and is not intended to be binding.
- Our standard NZ delivery charges apply for orders outside Auckland and will be added to 2nd payment invoice.
- You undertake to inspect all goods when collecting or immediately on delivery and to notify ourselves or the carrier forthwith of any shortage or damage or other deficiency.
- All efforts are made to ensure that all your EP wines are delivered in good condition. In the unlikely event that damage does occur during the delivery process, Maison Vauron will refund the customer.
- The customer is responsible for their contact details. Address, email address and phone number especially should be updated if any change occurs, including the period around orders, first invoice, second invoice and delivery.
- Maison Vauron cannot be held responsible for any force majeure, including, but not limited to, war, strikes, lockouts, industrial disputes/unrest, transport delays, government restrictions or intervention, fire, acts of God, breakdown of Plant, shortage of supplies or labour, storm or tempest, theft, vandalism, riots, civil commotion, terrorist acts or accidents of any kind.
