How to open a tin of caviar?
To open a tin of caviar, you can use a caviar key or the end of a teaspoon. If you have a caviar key, place it along the edge of the lid and tilt it upwards. You can use a teaspoon in the same way. Handle the tin gently to avoid damaging the caviar eggs.
How to store caviar?
Caviar should be stored between 0°C and +4°C, preferably in a refrigerator, and the tin should remain closed until you are ready to consume it. We recommend not placing it in the refrigerator door to avoid temperature fluctuations. Also, avoid freezing the caviar. It should be consumed within 48 hours after opening the tin.
How to enjoy caviar?
To enjoy caviar, take it out of the refrigerator 10 minutes before serving, use a mother-of-pearl, wood, or plastic spoon, place a small amount on your tongue, and let the eggs gently burst as they move toward your palate. Focus on the flavors and pair it with champagne or chilled vodka. Enjoy in moderation.
